How-To Really Be A Blog Owner

It's the first time I see myself working and blogging at the same time, and also sharing it on G+, Twitter and/or Facebook. It's kind of a Radio that broadcasts my posts, designs and files. 

So, what does a radio needs to run? People that likes it's content.
